| 3) All late payments are subject to a 2% late fee per month on the outstanding balance for each 30 days the balance remains outstanding. |

Complete Cruiser Cooling, Inc. allows a ONE YEAR WARRANTY against defects in workmanship and materials under normal conditions and service. During the warranty period, Complete Cruiser Cooling, Inc.’s obligation is limited to repairing or replacing as Complete Cruiser Cooling, Inc. deems necessary. This warranty does not extend to any product that in Complete Cruiser Cooling, Inc.’s opinion has been subjected to abuse, misuse, improper installation or maintenance. Any modifications to any product voids said warrant.
